Guess what?
I now tried calling Amex to check what my welcome bonus offer requirements were, and if it's met, and the rep says he doesn't see ANY offer tied to the account.
Anyone experienced this before?

So in the end they told me that I'm not eligible because terms say it's not for current cardholders...
Then he said that I must have had the product before.

It was for a regular Gold card not PRG.

Technically I never applied for this product, there never was a bonus worthy enough to sign up for a Gold card. But at some point I had downgraded my platinum to a Gold and then upgraded back to platinum after couple of months.

Who do you think you are fooling? You think you are going to pull a quick one on your Creator? Good luck with that.

Got my Biz Plat bonus points from 12/19 spending, but not my BGR points from 12/7 spending.

How long does it take for bonus points to post for a new account? The minimum spending was met and paid before the statement closed, the sign up and spending points are still pending after 15 days of statement closing.

Bonus points usually post with spend points. Get the spend points expedited.
