Waiting since 12/7. Sorry for you, but glad to see I'm not the only one. I have since gotten other bonuses where I finished the spend after the 7th. Guess they're not going in order.

Yeah. They told me I won't get the points because I've had this product before and my T&C says once per lifetime. (This is a BGR 75K that of course said "past 12 months.") Called up and rep said she saw my T&C as 12 months, and I will get the bonus but I have to wait 6-8 weeks till they can officially review the issue.

My bonus points are pending on a card where spend finished 4 days ago. I guess it does go to pending, not like I read upthread that bonus points post right away.

If u have points already in your account then the bonus points will come thru rite away. If not the stay pending for a couple of weeks

Bonus points usually go pending on new accounts, my bonus points always post a couple of days after spend complete

Btw these points are for a second card, not the one where I finished spend on Dec8 and they claim I already had a gold card before. They're going to investigate why I didn't get it. Is there a chance it'll be honored?

I don't know if I am or not. I had this card briefly previously as a downgrade only, a product change. I never applied for it or received a signup bonus.

But I had been told at some point by a rep that product changes do not count for the once per lifetime rule...

There is no once in a lifetime rule on the business cards.

Business is different. It's once per 12 months. You should see it in the T&C language.

its not 12 months yet. I opened another to take advantage of 3X points on computer hardware up to 100k a year.
