got a couple charges from staples rolling in for the amounts of each order...not sure what's going on, but looks like things are moving again.

+1. It actually says transaction date Jan. 4.

I chatted with staples to ask why my order are taking so long to ship and they gave me an extra $10 off.

it is being sold by a "vendor" and it is out of their control.

I'm fine if they push off shipping till February.
Between the OM promo at the end of December and this week's promo at staples, I've already maxed out my 10k of serve loading for January

started getting shipping notif for 3x$200 this morn for the replacement of canceled orders. not sure if this is a good indicator that things are moving again there, but thought id share

Well that's good for you - but I have a bad feeling by the time they ship I won't be able to load vgc to serve in RAs anymore...
