That is correct. They come from gift card mall

My order was delivered yesterday. It's an order of 6 x $300 that I ordered moments before the promotion went on. A brief chat with staples cs and they adjusted the order to reflect the promotion rate. I get in the mail yesterday the cards and the activation codes.

A similar order ordered during the promotion has so far not been cancelled but not yet shipped.

i would say its fine bc theyre probably getting ready to send the GCs so it might be dropping off pending for a bit
also havent gotten any cancellations so should be fine. i may have noticed stuff like this before

I knew it's SOP for a charge to neither be under pending or posted for about a day when it goes from one to the other, but didn't know that the charge is also not reflected in the credit line calculation.

It does. Usually there is a window of time that a merchant is allowed to keep a pending charge for, after that it either gets charged or falls off.

mine had credit available reflecting the charges for a while without the balance reflecting it. now its back to the balance having it included.

also another place to check (where it isnt for me right now though) is the UR site, where it usually pops up for a day or two while being put through to posted section
