I'd go in and ask again (and then I can get the rebate and still keep my iPhone 5S.)

.  Yes I happened to have gotten that deal yesterday from vzw it was to trade in any working phone and get 300 off of. A new phone but  you have to open a new line or # and you have to pay for a months service plus you need to activate the phone.... But that promotion just ended today

I just spoke to Apple and this is the same program as they always had. They are not giving $350 for any phone, not sure what the big deal is.

I stand corrected only specific model apple and non apple phones will be accepted and price is based on the phone you cant trade in a junk phone for $350 but its still a great way to get $ for a locked or old phone that you don't have use for

I have a 4s 16gb and looking to upgrade to a newer phone. The apple site says they will give me $100 for it which sounds pretty good since I've been using it for over 2 years.

I am not locked into any plan. Pay about $70 a month to sprint, single phone plan, for unlimited, (I think).  What would be my best option right now for a new phone / plan. I don't need latest model. iPhone 5s is fine and I am open to switching carriers.

PS That Verizon link says that I need to have been paying an installment type plan to get credit for switching into them.

Oh, and the $650 only applies if you had been paying off the value of your phone each month in an installment plan with your old carrier.  -

I wasnt paying any installment plan so it wouldnt work for me

Although this deal is not a way to get $350 for a junk phone, the values they offer are very good. I was looking to sell my iPhone 5 for $125 and they gave me a $200 Apple gift card. All the other trade in websites were offering ~ $80
