I never had to do the vitrifaction. I do need to verify the computer or device sometimes, however. I think it's just when I clear cookies, though.

Who do you think you are fooling? You think you are going to pull a quick one on your Creator? Good luck with that.

I don't clear anything. Every time I want to login it takes me thru verification...

Whenever 5 seasoned members complain about something at the same time, the solution is usually a bit more complicated than checking a box...

Thanks for trying though

You're lucky
My chase business account always tells me that the account is locked and I have to call to get it unlocked.  The reps of course have no idea why this is and they unlock it and then I am good for another few weeks until the next time >:(

Chase Online Login Issue:
« Reply #18 on: December 29, 2015, 11:14:58 AM »
Lately (last week or so), when I login to Chase, it always says 'we don't recognize the computer you're using' etc. and requires me to do the whole email ID code thing. This used to happen when I'd clear cookies or be inactive on a particular computer for a long time (like a month). But now it happens every single time I login.

Anyone else having this issue? Any suggestions?
