I got my first year for just $5 via Groupon after $25 GC.

My year is up now. Any way not to have to pay the $50 renewal fee?

They constantly have trial memberships for 2 months. Or other cheap deals. Rotate family names and / or change addresses......

It's a pain for the short trial memberships, but not so bad for the Groupon type deals, which last the standard year.

Just keep an eye out. LivingSocial had it a few weeks ago. They pop up pretty frequently.
