I purchased a ticket to Israel on Turkish using UR as cash via chase, is there a way to use more UR or MR to upgrade to business?

Hi,
I'm planning a trip to Israel with my family's for Pesach, I booked with Turkish air several months ago but I'm getting a little nervous. I would appreciate to hear from anyone who has flown with them recently or is planning to close future. Is it safe etc?

I've flown with Turkish  a year ago and there was nothing what to worry about.  Very friendly people.

Flying shouldn't be a problem, but going into the country is getting more and more a concern.
I'm a big fan of Turkey by the way.
