What was the issue? The process is pretty straight forward.

1 - No Staples GC for VGC.
2 - Need to show ID.
3 - Limit of 1 per customer.
Yes, I know the ways around it all; it just prolongs the process...

It pays to make friends in staples... Mine came through today for me. Shelf was empty but he found for me

I did 3 separate transactions of 400 in vgc and the rebate receipt printed all 3 times and I entered 2 just fine and on the 3rd receipt, it says that there is no eligible rebates.

anyone else have this? any ideas?

nah, but double check the receipt number. i actually typed it in wrong. missed the last digit.
otherwise, try chatting with them and theyll do it manually for u real quick
