Only Hashem knows the answer, but there are answers that are consistent with common sense.

Murphy is a wimp. He is really scared of doing anything. (I have many proofs, and I've heard this from big media people.) He always takes the safer option. Thus, he has not yet pardoned ANYONE. He seemingly has aspirations to run for president (haha) and is afraid that people will use his pardons against him. ("Oh, he's soft of crime" etc.)

But all the "Askonim" are kissing up to him. Losers.

Judge will give a written decision next week. In my assessment, he will call for a new trial, but I can be wrong.

One of the big reason's all those in power were pushing in Lakewood to vote for Murphy is because he didn't close us down when he could have!

Yes. And the prosecutor fumbled a lot again. The direction of the questions also indicated that the judge was contemplating ordering a retrial. But there's no way to know for sure until it actually happens.

I've thought many things in this case in the past and I've been wrong. Not that my senses were necessarily off. But because everything about this case has transcended derech hatevah. Which is why it is so important to keep davening.
