Yes. And the prosecutor fumbled a lot again. The direction of the questions also indicated that the judge was contemplating ordering a retrial. But there's no way to know for sure until it actually happens.

I've thought many things in this case in the past and I've been wrong. Not that my senses were necessarily off. But because everything about this case has transcended derech hatevah. Which is why it is so important to keep davening.

Judge will give a written decision next week. In my assessment, he will call for a new trial, but I can be wrong.

Thank you. The main reason it's not in detail on websites is because the entire case is very intricate, and getting into online it will leave a lot of people confused.

I was so upset with the higher ups in this town on election night.

I personally hold the reason there was such a small turnout to vote is because there was such a mixed opinion on who to vote for.
