Early in the rain I nearly got stuck at 10th/11th Madison and then at 10th Clifton. Nothing changed there construction wise.

Yah, that's not a coincidence.

He told the judge he was leaving the case before the decision on the Brady violation. IIRC he said it at the last hearing on the motion, a few days before the judge's decision ordering a new trial. Though at that time the judge had already wiped the floor with him at the previous hearing.
