BTW, there was a status conference in the Eisemann case yesterday. The judge asked if there were any more motions planned, and he then asked if they can present them all together so it can save time and he could see them all together. Defense has until mid December to submit motions, then prosecution has till mid January to answer. There won't be rebuttal briefs, and oral arguments on all the motions is scheduled for February 20.

when they arrested multiple people in Lakewood for Jersey care fraud. Most of the people were totally innocent and their sole proof for some of them was that there was a business registered at that address. Not a single one of the people were ever convicted from all that. They didn't investigate or arrest anyone from another community of a different color that also has many  households on the programs.

It certainly can be a coincidence that a massive witch hunt on a popular, innocent well known frum man who directs a very well known frum school in an extreme anti semitic environment of Rise Up Ocean County, Toms River Strong etc. had nothing to do with anti semitisim. It could be they just didn't like the look of his nose. But I highly doubt it.

If there is anything more than online forum rumors (which I'm inclined to believe in this instance), perhaps it would be possible to get an organization like the ACLU to try sue. Discovery would be mighty intresting if it made it that far.

I don't know of any proof linking Eisemann's case to anti-Semitism. There is for sure public anti-Semitism against him, but I don't know of any proof in the AG's office. But that has nothing to do with the fact that they are hounding him relentlessly. It could be their motivation is the fact that his school was costing the state of NJ millions of dollars a year, to educate children that some moral decrepits see as just useless nobodies.

Once a prosecutors is charged with going after someone, it becomes their mission. Any wrongdoing or corruption on their part subsequently is probably more of a pride thing than a bias thing.

(Any proof I know of that shows willful Brady doesn't show anti-Semitism).

And now you can understand all of the college students and anti-Israel protesters. When you come from or are presented with a certain convincing perspective, your mind is locked in that these are the facts and your mind has no doubts.
