Most of the bottom states are low down because no one knows anything about them, not because they are bad places to live. They also get low numbers on the healthcare scale as hospitals and practices are far and scarce as much less people live there and mostly live in suburban or countryside areas.

It seems that in order for the State to proceed with fixing the funding the courts need to establish that they are not providing a thorough education. The BOE does not want the courts to declare that.

I take that back - I'm confusing LNN with Lakewood246. Lakewood246 was a Voice entity - not sure if there's a relation between LNN and Lakewood246; though for some reason in my mind they're linked.

Moshe Zeines from LNN actually send some comments to the Planning board asking for sidewalks, and commented on "SP 2419, Bnos Devora" which was supposed to be on the hearing today
