Long Term Car rental in israel - Possible for a good price??

I am looking to rent a car long term in Israel, for a month or so.  Does anyone know a way to do this better than the daily rate on sites like kayak etc  which are about 9 a day plus LDW insurance of 12  a day.  I would even consider leasing for two months.
