Is there a time limit for filling an amex baggage claim?
I flew from TLV to NYC through Moscow. In Moscow we got the stroller but it was damaged and unusable.
Can I still file a claim after 9 month's from the damage incident?
How likely are they to approve these claims?
What info would i need to provide?
