IME, EBay will often ask if you reached out to the seller, before addressing a complaint.

Contact the seller, If he does not assist you to your satisfaction, reach out to Ebay.

That it seems I got the wrong item because it doesn't say "brandname" anywhere. And I sent pics.

If the guy is selling aftermarket knockoffs, I don't see why it would be any different when he reships you the same item.

Unless you're telling me he happened to have one knock off in his bunch.

It wasn't even a good knockoff. it didn't say the brand name anywhere. Aside from the numerous spelling mistakes on the package.

Anyone ever had success through removing a temporary seven day ban because you listed a coupon within 2-3 days of expiration?  As they require you to mail the physical coupon. As they claim it won't arrive in time if it's still listed within 2-3 days of expiration.

If I were you get a refund. I highly doubt you'll get a original one.If he reships it to you. If you like to keep the item if it's of any use to you, then obviously that may be preferred. With the assumption, he'll let you keep the item and refund you.

Realistically, I don't think he sent the "wrong item". That was his intention.

Anyway to have a listing only charge shipping once? Even if purchased mulitple items? Or vice versa charge them for each item the shipping.
 It seems go fluctuate on each listing.
