I've been churning these for a while, and I just opened a second account in my wife's name with the intention of getting 2 out of each deal.

What's the best way to do this?

Should I buy a new gift card (with cash) through her account and keep the two accounts separate?

Or can I buy one with my account and immediately use it to buy another with her account?

Why start with risky behavior?  Use a fresh (INK) card and keep her cards separate until you actually buy something.
