I don't follow... I have many paypal accounts in my name. As long as the bank accounts are different I've found it's no issue. Is that what you're getting at?

Is Paypal one account per bank account, or is that just how you take money out of paypal, by transferring to bank?

That's not hard although I don't see the value there. I was referring to multiple paypals linked to the same bank account. I haven't been able to set that up, personally, but could be I'm doing something wrong?
