made a couple of $500 transactions today, now it's blocked for fraud, need to send in couple of documents by mail only, they say the process can take a few weeks.

Every time you call from now until you cancel your card you will be transferred to the fraud department even after they've removed the block. At least that was/is my experience. I'll be sure to cite that as my sole reason for cancelling the card when the time comes

copy of drivers license, social, utility/bank statement - cannot fax or email must mail it in.

Had the same issue another Barclay card, took over half a year to clear up
