If I do the pool rent option and pay from 'dc' will the names of the other people be on rent or only mine (it's only me and my wife but if wanted to split 3 ways in order to pay full rent wanna make sure it only lists both our names as its what's on the lease)

Anyone have phone number for radpad? The check they sent in December for 1K apparently bounced and my landlord never told me until today.  I sent an email with info but this is nuts. I want to talk to a real person.

I was saying more that $1k is a small amount for a company that I'd have to guess is processing 6 or 7 figures worth of rent a month.

Gotcha. Well, they called and are working on it. Seems their bank shows check cleared. It'll get worked out. They replied on Twitter immediately and called me within 30 minutes of email sending.

In the end they screwed up and stopped the check for some reason. Theyr sending another one today. I should go on ddfb and ask compensation I am ENTITLED too.

whoa! that's crazy. I just submitted my first RadPad payment yesterday and had to convince my landlord to accept a 3rd party check, so i rlly hope it goes thru...

my wife came home and we had a box form 1800 flowers. she opened it up and found this in there with a note of apology from radpad fro screwing up. The cookies are even be kosher.
I am very impressed with their response to this. They actually offered to overnight the check to be there saturday, but my landlord gets the checks at a PO box so i told them priority mail monday was fine.
