was wondering the same thing, but could be he was visiting one of his nursing homes in the area or one of his underlings he asked to make the purchase was.

Forget that something still doesn't add up. Just because nobody came forward yet doesn't mean that she wasn't the winner. Maybe now they are trying to cover it up so they can get everything in order? M
This is not proof but a thought, If was truly a prank why wouldn't the nurse take rechnitz or levy's call?
