Got 2 packages this afternoon and then was visited by a screaming post office manager who threatened to call the police if I didn't open the door. He claimed I received stolen merchandise from Gilt and demanded the boxes back. I gave it to him. Strange.

I'd call the US Postal Inspection Service. The post office has nothing to do with your agreement with Gilt, and the post office manager has no right to demand that you return packages.

Does anyone know what delivery exception means? I cant seem to find an exact definition..it came to my neighborhood then "delivery exceptioned" and has now left town lol..

Prob means the carrier couldn't deliver that day.
