When the Satmar Rabbi from Williamsburg went to Israel about two years ago his car was driving him up right next to the plane where he got on the plane through a remote stand.

How do these people pull this off?

What's so shver? You have one of the Port Authority Chaplain's arrange it. I once saw a Rebbe escorted off a plane with Customs and Immigration waiting for him at the door to stamp his passport and he was taken down the stairs by Port Authority Police to his car on the tarmac.

I think TSA / Security before boarding a plane may be different.
