Issue is still ongoing. I really don't like having to talk to a CS rep to cancel a card these days. Hmm.

A chat window randomly popped up today while I waited -endlessly- for the regular chat window to open up.

It seems the only way to connect to chat these days is when it pops up, the regular help on the top of the screen doesn't connect.

Help doesn't work for me either, I have to wait until the live chat button pops up. I chatted with a rep and he said they are hoping the upgrades Amex is doing are complete by tomorrow.

Clicking help and contact us hasn't worked.  Then miraculously the Chat Now box appeared.

Its a good way to start your conversations, bringing up their technical issues.  I'm going to make sure to make it one of the focal points for my retention offer call as well.
