Bank of America Fees

Hi,
I had to clear ouit cash from my account and forgetting about three automatic charges BOA charged me three times $35. (for very small transactions $14, $31, and $66). I called them up to tell them that its first time offense and they onl refunded me one of the $35. This after speaking to the supervisor.
I wouldnt mind so much if it were a larger amount but for these small amounts to be hit with such fees plus the fact that its the first time. but they wouldnt budge.
Anyone have any ideas how i can get them to refund the other $70?
