After having read through the entire Pesach programs thread and after the turnout of this I would think that a warning on any future Pesach program ads would be warranted (either saying do your research before booking any Pesach programs or if DD has advertised them many times in the past with positive reviews, like PFS than say that).

Not saying its necessary, but knowing the DD lfnei mishuras hadin approach (CC debt, 3rd party scam amazon sellers etc.) it really might save some people.


ETA: Or maybe there should just be a DDMS PSA on Pesach programs in general.

What connection does Nershlomo have with Sinai Academy?

If you go to www.nershlomo.org the only information I can find about a sweepstakes is a sweepstakes run by Nershlomo in 2022.

Also the Sinai Academy drawing is on January 13th so why does it say it end on February 28th?
Its, like 95% or hyped up charity ads, a scam.
Dan has been pretty quiet on this one...

Seeing now based on keepa that it hasn't been $27 since April 1st as well. It's much more compelling with the line, but it isn't factual

That's just based on it being wording from when it was originally posted. I don't edit that every time we bump a post at a lower price.

But I do try and change if it's not the lowest ever wording, although it's also still wording from a previous post, with the old title still there.

None of this was a problem before inflation went crazy.

Used to be everything dropped in price over the years, now it's not the case at all. And 2024 pricing and 2023 or 2022 pricing have VERY different standards for a normal price on something.

We have items that are now different ASIN with less quantity, but same priduct, but lowest price ever for the new asin. Is what it is.
