Very interesting. I placed four orders. 1 for physical cards and 3 more for eGCs. I got cancellation on all 3 eGC orders but not for the physical. Same thing comes up on my walmart orders page.
On my chase statement it is showing two pending charges, 1 for the physical and one for the electronic.

Shouldn't all cancelled orders have the same status?

The cancelled ones will still be pending even after it's cancelled. Give it at least a few days.

Emailed them to confirm it was a $25 GC and not $10, and they cancelled my order but I got a free $15 GC.

I guess it boils down to a $15 GC. If the order is still processing today there is basically no chance of them getting it to me, may as well just go that route...

yup I think at this point people should give up on getting the physical gift card and chat with walmart for the $15 e gift card...they seem to be offering it but you just have to ask.

My order is still processing and I'm crossing my fingers that it goes through. Why should I call them and give them a headsup for a order that still might go through?? And if it does get cancelled then I will call them up and request my $15 then. As opposed to throwing potentially $700 away now.

No I think I have about a 1% chance of it actually going through. But what have I to lose. Nothing.A $15 gc which they would probably give me anyways if I call them up once they cancel it. So why go ahead and cancel it for yourself and lose that small chance!??
