On every order I made I got 25... One they wanted to give 15 do i said a friend got 25.. So they switched it.

Ok, here's my story. I believe it ends here. Fourth and final order just cancelled so went ahead with the chats. I did four separate chats, one for each order without mentioning that I had another order. At one point I was even chatting with 3 reps simultaneously. Had four different experiences!
Offered $15. After requesting to up it to $25 I was told it's impossible.
Offered $15. After request for $25 they asked manager and gave it.
Offered $15. After request for $25 was denied I asked if they can ask manager but they said manager would say the same.
Offered $25 right away. Told me to just wait a moment for him to confirm with supervisor. Got approved!
Total: $80 in compensation.

One funny part was that when I finished my first chat and was waiting on the queue for the third, the agent from my first chat came on as the rep. I promptly terminated that session and requested a new one.

I chatted for my eGC order on Sunday was promised a $15 eGC and received a $15 eGC a few hours later. I chatted on Monday about my cancelled order, was promised a $15 eGC, and received nothing.

I chatted again today to find out what happened to my 2nd $15 eGC for the cancelled order and they said they can't give more than one per customer. I pushed harder and he said the best he can do is give me a $10 eGC. I said fine, he said I should receive it in 5-10 minutes and I'm still waiting 2 hours later.

didn't receive my e-gift card as compensation within 48 hr even though I was told I would get it (by a rep) and even got and confirmation # off the rep... still didn't get it - waiting over a week
