i had one order for 100 $10 EGC that was never cancelled and refunded by walmart. when i first chatted they said it would be refunded then i recently called back and they told me to email them the pic of the promotion, and i would get updated within 48 hours... so i called back and the rep was giving me a hard time, i asked to speak with a manager... so after 20 min. on the phone she said the manager was still not available and that i would get a call back within 7 days. 

any ideas on how to proceed? i bought them with a chase card.

They can do whatever they want. Will they? My guess would be not. When the dispute is filed, the person dealing with it, will be a lot higher up than the supervisor on the phone. Most likely it will be pretty clear to them what occurred.
