Me: That won't help the promotion is over.

Tried getting a gc for 2nd order but csr noted that I already received a $25 GC for first order and said that it's only 1 per customer.

I had placed one order for myself, and another for my husband. Chat for me, got the GC right away. Chat for him, they said it would be coming in 24-48 hours. Did not receive that one, did a new chat and got within a few minutes. IME, if you don't get it right away, you aren't getting it at all.

I chatted with them a few days ago and asked why I didn't receive the GC yet. They apologized and told me it would be sent to me within 4 days. I received the $25 GC a day later.

But I believe that they technically can.
