I was not approved for Venture X when it came out, but was just approved for Spark!

On DDMS a number of people commented that they were apporved and then a few days later C1 asked them for financial docs and in the meantime all there C1 accounts and points are frozen.

A friend of mine got that same thing last time there was a 300K offer on this card.

Any data points on what exactly it takes to clear their review etc? Don't want to risk losing my Venture X points...

Yikes. I've always found Cap1 to be a bit heavy handed, I guess this is the latest example

Got the Venture X a few months ago, had a different Capital One Business Card for years. Got approved for this new card instantly. 2 days later, all my cards (business and personal) are restricted (including existing rewards) and they want bank statements...
