perhaps, they definitely are trying to break into the market now. I wonder if the credit reporting issue will slow them down.

So if I have 100K in available credit and 0 utilization then I get the C1 card and have a 75K balance on there.

My report shows 75K out of 175K utilized but the C1 card shows what in terms of utilization? 0?

I'm not sure exactly what he's saying, but he is saying 75k on a charge card, when you have 175k credit reported, doesn't hit your FICO as it would if it would be 75k of 175k without the charge card

Got approved for this card with a targeted $1,000 offer and a 10K limit. Froze my Experian report so hopefully I was only hit with two pulls. At a no annual fee for the first year, this seems to be a really good offer. Honestly, I'd rather 1 pull on TU / EQ each over an additional 1 pull in my Experian.

Good call. Will they not settle for only 1 pull?
And they will report this as a personal card.

Is it common for them to send these out as targeted offers. I would love to be targeted. Missed the public 1k offer.

They are transferable, so just find someone who has one.
Also, make sure you are opted in to get offers by mail.

Cap1 hasn't been great with approving my cards. It would be too risky for me to pay for one, if you want donate one or two, I would gladly accept.
