Yes, had a 360 checking account a few years back
I had a bounced check and just like that got a letter that my account is closed and the reason was we no longer want your relationship...
Tried a few reps on the phone never got it reopened.
But I do have have a CC with them wasn't affected by the shutdown of the 360 account.
