Miami is being declared Zika free today http://www.miamiherald.com/news/local/community/miami-dade/article119658393.html
I heard that this lifting the zika ban from Florida is all political.  There is an upcoming art show (or something like that) and the government doesnt want people to be afraid.

He can't lift it unless 45 days has passed with no cases.
