This map seems to have been updated to show that anything with purple indicates the country has had zika cases in the past but no current outbreak. Caribbean is still purple. Now I don't know how they define outbreak, but where do you see Caribbean is removed?

not sure exactly what changed, maybe just the way they categorize it has changed

It's very unclear. Now the CDC only tells you if there was past or current, it doesn't break down which have current cases.

If you click Quintana Roo Mexico, you get this:

"We do not have accurate information on the current level of risk. There may be delays in detection and reporting of new outbreaks."

Cayman and Bahamas are Zika free per CDC

These areas aren’t “Zika free”. There are no recent reported cases but the CDC doesn’t have accurate reporting information from these countries. See the actual CDC website. Standard precautions are still in effect (i.e. 3 month rule).
