He paints all 50,000 residents of Lakewood with one big brush as being judgmental and elitist. He makes massive generalizations - "nobody here (in Lakewood) gives or gets any slack", "all have an opinion on every single person they ever come into contact with", "All judging each other", "I and other people feel like we're being judged by a sanhedrin of 50,000 people in Lakewood".

Besides for the fact that he sounded like a 2 year old painting everyone with one big brush, he also possibly committed the biggest act of Lashon Hara in world history. The video has 66,000 views in 3 days!

I believe his speech is a product of 3 things.

1 -  a genuine care for the children who have a hard time with schools.
2 - like CBC said already -

He blames his inferiority feelings amongst yeshiva guys on their elitist attitude.

Meh.

3 - misinformation. He is surrounded by ppl who kush his ____, and tell him what he wants to hear. And they all told him that his speech was great, and every word was true.

(I'm not saying that in other communities its better or worse) but don't say "just because there is a bigger or whatever issue, we are ok". There is a major issue that has to be fixed and if people can't see it, they are the problem!

Well he does mention that he and others are willing to give money, so if its a space problem money solves that.
Let's see the roshei mosdos come out and say we need more money to expand so we can accept these families. So far I have not heard that from one Rosh hmosed even though he already said he's willing to give.

Not sure but ppl in ther 50s have their parents still supporting them possibly. But cant support the next gen. You cant really have 10 gens in a row learning.

pretty bad argument. Kids not in school is a community issue. His business is his business. He can not hire someone because he doesnt like his noose. You cannt not accept a kid because of that reason.

The generalization may be huge, but you wouldn't feel that there is a huge number of people who act like that?

That's not to say you shouldn't care and do your best to help, which is exactly what most ppl do, by trying to get other people in if they can, and by opening more schools
