same if company pays same salary per month. We are paid once a month. (some months have 30 and some have 31)
Not the same to me. I get an annual salary, and the company finds it convenient to split that evenly across months of different lengths. Fine. I'm not complaining that technically January should be slightly higher than April because there's a different amount of days. That's just convenient for everyone.
But when someone adds a day to the calendar I don't get paid extra. I have to work an extra day to get the same annual salary. That's slave labour!
When I was at a different company, we got paid bi-weekly, which worked out just fine. If someone invented a new day in the calendar, I still got paid every other Friday.
