its a good deal if you don't want to deal with an extra CC card and travel , using the lounge card twice will cover the the $50 (its $27 per person with priority pass and more if you have no pass)

Do they have most airports? Cuz when I had it for ink any place I wanted they had nothing...

Ummm charging for AU's, cancelling the lounge card when you cancel the CC, not giving the lounge card to AU's.
