Thanks for response. Just called and was told that PassCode was not generated yet, was asked to call back in a couple of days.

We were approved last week for personal cards for my wife and myself, got the emails, sent in the mileage statements, and when i log in is states that the miles are reserved for when we charge $1000. Although i didn't get the cards yet and didn't order our coins I am assuming we will get the miles.

However, I just got approved yesterday for my wife's business card and didn't get the email yet requesting the statement. I wonder if I will still get it since I was approved before it went dead or I missed the boat?

wow, impressive! really nice that they'll match anyone who was approved already, even after the billion miles. (though they prob would have a had some major pr trouble otherwise, but they did it in a classy way) i wonder what happens to the suckers who applied during the period but weren't yet approved...

I think you'll be OK, but this is Cap1. You'll know for sure when you get the miles in your account!

Just checked my account, the 110k miles on my consumer and business card just posted today!
I sent in the same CO screenshot for both.

Took about 1 week from spending the $1,000.

just giving a heads up t o everyone i sent in a deta ff statement from online account,it was from jan and it had 100,000 mles then but currently i have 5 miles and they matched 5 miles. I called a bunch of times to no avail
