Will I be able to rebook all 5 nights together next week so I could get 5th night free?
or could I just add on later 2 nights and they could waive one night as 5th night free?

you will need to be able to book all 5 together, and cancelling will not gurantee that the room will go back to inventory

But if I find additional inventory next week for 5 nights together will I be charged cancellation fee for changing reservation?

You need to read the cancellation details, every reservation is different, but generally you should be able to get it waived

I stayed at the Conrad Midtown a few weeks ago and while I still receive a diamond automatic upgrade, when I did the online check in the app offered to pay for better upgrades

Seems like there was a devaluation past day or 2 noticed a few hotels went up in price , for example Hilton tlv is now 85k standard used to be 80k beginning of week

Don't know for sure, but I would assume a Lyft ride linked to your Hilton account would work.

I find Hilton to be very good with diamond upgrades though the option to purchase in advance has been around for a long time I don’t think it’s so new. I know for sure at least two years I’ve had option to commit to pay for upgrade if available at check-in
