Country address on HHonors account? Do you know if Russia is the only one that will work (I guess it doesn't really matter, as I assume you changed it back after getting through the sign-up)?

Is it just me or are all Hilton booking engines down?

Tried a couple already and am getting:

I booked chol hamoed 8 rooms on my Hilton honors gold account. When I called to see of the points posted to my account Hilton told me you can only earn points for up to two rooms per a night. Any one know a way to get around that?

I booked a hotel on points- and i called to add notes saying it was for an anniversary and add a guest to the reservation.
They told me the guest doesnt get any of my benefits (free wifi, upgrade...)
is this true?
does it work this way with other hotels?
cus i have a few hotels (marriott,crown plaza, intercontinental,hilton) and noone mentioned that to me b4...
im askin cus i know the guest will need internet forsure- and i was hoping to get them an upgrade as well...
I feel like its not true- but i want to be prepared if so...

not sure I understand the issue.
keep your name on the res. PLUS the guest. he checks in for both (you're 'on the way') and gets the bennies for you.

What else did you "ask" them??
If you ask SPG if guests booked under your gold/plat account are entitled to your benefits, they will also tell you no,
Its not always so healthy to ask things.

i didn ASK them.. they told me. i said i wanted to add a guest to my reservation (its ok anyhow cus i changed the reservation myself to a diff hotel) and they said just know they wont get your benefits of being a gold member... Next time i call im saying its MY anniversary and im having a guest check in for me... just wondering if its even possibly true...

thanks.. i was just wondering if they find out for some reason or another that im not coming... what would happen.. would they still get the benefits...

Planning a stay in Embassy Suites Mandalay Beach for next week but the suite I want is 100k HH per night.
Amex MR points transfer into HH at 1 to 2 right now. I don't think if I open any Hilton CCs it will be available soon enough-- possible to transfer Avios into Hilton?
