Just got an e-mail informing me that if I registered a Visa card I'd get an extra 1000 HHonors points plus 4000 more if I used the card for $100+ in purchases at a US Hilton. Seems like they want the info for targeted text message marketing so it's a trade-off for selling your own info.

I don't currently have a Hilton stay planned domestically but I might add one for this.

I do not usually stay in a Hilton Hotel I have 4400 pints expiring, any thing to do with the points before there are deleted?

check-in using topguest, u get 50 points a day. They can lengthen ypur points, andd add up for a free stay

Hilton charges a hefty fee to move points. You used to be able to convert 6K AA to 10K Hilton. Not sure if you can do it anymore. Its a bad use of AA but in a situation like this where you need 10K more it can be worth it.

I'm going to Philly with my family for a few days this summer. I have Hilton points, and I could get 1 of 2 hotels that are connected to each other, on City st., One is a Hilton, and one is a Homewood Suites. Am I crazy if I take the Homewood Suites and not the Hilton?, They're both 30k points a night. (I know nothing about hotels). Thank you.

I don't think this has "already been discussed" but undoubtedly if it has, then 20 people will point it out in order to up their post count!

Yes this is officially "for email recipient only" but I think it's worth a shot anyway...nothing to lose and Hilton Gold is not a bad status (free upgrades, wifi, lounge access, etc)

My wife got Offer. Any ideas for getting points into account to do hyatt status match... She doesn't have ur or mr points though I do and Id rather not waste starwoods on transfer anything I can do?
