LOL - the rep (not sure which dept. since I was transferred to her) said she used to work at the Diamond and Help desk and when she called help desk for something she basically said she knew more more than the guy there.

Yes. We got this. Stayed points and Cash at Hilton Tel Aviv and got points for all the money we spent on the room and info rentals and also all bonuses. It was actually crazy. Even though it was a redemption because it was two rooms for 5 nights we ended up with almost 30,000 points.

Just updated it successfully. Though they are glitchy with Hilton. I've had times that it didn't work.

People were matched up until 5 days ago to Hilton Diamond.

Question: By Hyatt, if someone with no award status makes a reservation but a diamond checks in, ime, the reservation will reflect the diamond, i.e. upgrade, club access, etc.

Is it like this by Hilton also?
