I applied on line. It came back with a phone number to call. They asked about my income, said hold on, came back and said sorry but I'll be getting a letter. So I guess I'll wait for the letter

Staying at the Palmer House in Chicago for a conference. They already upgraded the room to executive level king, so I get continental breakfast from that on top of being Diamond as well.

Is there a way to get kosher breakfast instead?
