We are truly sorry about the issues you experienced during and after your stay. We also understand why you have little faith that hotel management will address your issue since you have spoken with them previously. To make amends, we would like to offer you a "Be My Guest" certificate. This certificate is good for a one night stay in a standard room at any Hilton Hotel in the US. If you would like to accept this offer, please reply with your current mailing address and we will get this sent out to you as soon as possible. Again, we do apologize for the housekeeping staff disrupting your stay and the fact the glasses took so long to find and get back to you. We hope that this small gesture can help rebuild the faith you once had in the Hilton brand and shows how much we do care about our guests. -NS

Does this mean I can use it in the Conrad, meaning a nicer Hilton hotel? What's a standard room when it comes to these certificates?

Are these the same?

Can a crib be added to any room? Looking at booking at the Hilton Garden Inn Davos and if I enter 2 adults and 1 child it's not showing the room that I want. Can I just enter 2 adults and send them a message later about a crib, or can they not put a crib in all rooms legally?

(I have Diamond and hope to get upgraded to a bigger room/suite anyway, but I want to make sure I can get a crib even if we don't get upgraded.)

BYOK meals in our hotel room, either brought from home or from Zurich. I called Hotel Cresta and they said they have a 2 night minimum for the dates we're there, which would cost $800 for shabbos and motzei shabbos even if we'd just move there for those nights, and I'd prefer to pay 45k HH points per night plus 5th night free. We can't walk there for meals as we have a baby and there's no eiruv, so I think we're gonna BYOK and make it work. Is there another solution?

As an aside, is there any chance that the Hilton Garden Inn would get us a kosher breakfast from one of the kosher hotels, as a diamond member? I remember Dan posted that Hyatt will do it for Globalists where available, does Hilton ever do it?

Most people who don't stay by the kosher hotels take apartments in Davos and cook. There are plenty of good meats and poultry that you could bring up from Zurich.

Is the Residence by Hilton Club available with the BMG certificate? Should I go for that option over the Conrad?
The London is fully booked for my dates.

I have a 5-night stay booked at a Hilton hotel, with 5th night free. I may have to leave a day early after only 4 nights, if I just check out early is there a penalty, or should I call and cancel the 5th night?

You don't have to check out, just request to review the folio and leave

Has anybody had experience booking two separate reservations with the dates next to each other? and having Hilton combing them so you don't have to recheck in.

just email the hotel ahead or tell them upon checkin.  Can also call Hilton and they'll add into the notes.
