Numbers in parentheses are (more) desirable account sizes.


Edit and add accordingly, but all edits *must* be based off of factual transactions that took place in the last 60 days.

It is an insult.

POIDH is an acronym for "pictures or it didn't happen.". It is used when you don't believe somebody's story or claim so you demand pictures for proof.

Either way if you got 1.2 for 500K AA you are really lucky. AA is very Risky and a huge account is riskier. There are very few uses for 500K in one account. There is no way anyone will get close to 1.2 for AA so you posting that is not helpful at all and is quite misleading

Check out FT. 1.2 is the going rate for two individuals. Were did you get 500k from? It was 1.5mm+ (not one account).

That was the amount in the post you quoted (maybe for 70K or 110K its possible but not for 500K)

exactly-thats what i was told by 2 brokers. thats why i posted before that the going price is much lower

Why is 500k in AA so risky? Are you not allowed to make a booking for someone else with an Aa account?

Which is fairly silly. If you have an AA cc linked to the account you can get more than that with zero risk redeeming for hotels using the AAdvantage car rental and hotels mileage redemption option. They give better rates for those accounts.
