I had a lot chase points in my wife's account that I transferred to an account that was used already for selling, if I transfer back to her account is the value going to be that of a clean account?

Whenever someone mentions transferring UR points they are always immediately told to apply/upgrade to CSP. But someone don't have any Sapphire cards just Ink and can't get due to 48 month rule.
