whats the least expensive way to rent israel ?  looking for dates in pesach

is it cheaper to rent in the airport or outside the airport? priceline? kayak  or better to rent from Noah's car rental

When kayak gives you the final price does that include liability insurance or will they tack on more when I pay for car?

OTAs usually don't include insurance or give shabbos off like agents do.
Just call an agent, not more expensive.
Airport doesnt cost more per day rather a one time airport fee (of 27 I seem to recall)

+1 an agent would be your best bet.
