currently chatting with them and this is what they said again to me. "This promo code was sent directly to ONLY gmail users. Those who mis-used the code had their orders canceled.If you did not directly receive the email issued from Florsheim to your gmail box, it was ill gotten and unauthorized."

I would chat with them on florhsheim website and tell them you got it with a gmail and they need to honor it.

I ordered it originally through yahoo and gmail. With yahoo i had a florsheim account and gmail i didnt. Gmail order got cancelled.

it seems like this code was sent out as a promotional email (possibly only to Gmail users) and they are therefore only honoring codes that came from someone who already had a Florsheim account prior to the deal.( and officially only to those with a gmail account)

I too received the email over a month ago that my order was cancelled. Surprisingly receied an email this morning that the order has been shipped with a working tracking number!!!

When you checked the site, did it say cancelled or pending?
